Privacy Policy

Account information. Your name, email address, company name, phone number and business address when you create an account or are invited to a team.

Operational data you enter. Jobs, customers, vehicles, drivers, trucks, invoices, payments, impound records, photos, signatures and notes that you or your team add to the platform.

Location data. If a driver enables location sharing in the driver portal, we store their device's GPS coordinates while on shift so dispatchers can assign nearby jobs. Drivers can turn this off at any time.

Usage data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamps, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

To provide and operate the platform, authenticate users, send transactional emails and invoices on your behalf, process subscription payments, provide customer support, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your operational data to advertise to you or to third parties.

Tow Suite offers optional Google integrations. If you connect them, we request only the minimum access needed:

Gmail. Used solely to send emails you initiate from Tow Suite (invoices, quotes, reminders, campaigns) from your own address. We do not read, store, or scan your inbox.

Google Drive. Used solely to write backup files of your own Tow Suite data into a "Tow Suite Backups" folder in your Drive. We do not read or access other files in your Drive.

Tow Suite's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the feature you requested, and we never use it for advertising or to train generalized AI models. You can revoke access at any time from Settings in Tow Suite or from your Google account permissions page.

We rely on a small number of vetted providers to run the service: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, Stripe for subscription and card payments, and email delivery providers for outbound mail. They may process data only as needed to perform their service for us.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can export a full copy of your data at any time from Settings → Data. If you cancel, you may request deletion of your account and its data by contacting us, and we will remove it within 30 days except where we must retain records for legal or accounting purposes.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on managed infrastructure with access controls. Each company's records are isolated so that one company cannot access another company's data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Tow Suite is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16 years of age.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and notify account owners by email or in-app notice.
