Terms of Service

Last updated: August 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of Tow Suite. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

The service

Tow Suite is a subscription software platform for towing companies covering dispatch, fleet tracking, invoicing, impound management and related tools. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Accounts and team members

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity of users you invite to your company. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tow Suite to break the law, send unsolicited bulk messages, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, attempt to access another company's data, or reverse engineer or resell the platform.

Your data

You own the data you put into Tow Suite. You grant us the limited right to host and process it in order to provide the service. You can export your data at any time from Settings → Data.

Trials, plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Plans include a monthly job allowance; usage beyond the allowance may incur overage charges shown in the app before they apply. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

You may cancel at any time from Billing; access continues to the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access to your account until the balance is settled. We will give reasonable notice before any price change.

Third-party services

Optional integrations such as Gmail, Google Drive, Stripe and mapping services are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Availability

We work to keep Tow Suite available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Planned maintenance and occasional interruptions may occur.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tow Suite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You remain solely responsible for your towing operations, for compliance with the laws and impound regulations that apply to your business, and for the accuracy of documents such as invoices and lien notices generated with the platform.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are unpaid, or create legal or security risk. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to account owners, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.
